Delete your The Physics Gateway account

The Physics Gateway Android application is operated by Viswanath Educational Services.

How to request deletion

1. In the Android app, The Physics Gateway, open Profile > Request Account Deletion; or
2. Email thephysicsexams@gmail.com from your registered email address. Include your Student ID and use the subject “Account deletion request”.

We will verify the request and confirm completion through the registered email address.

Data deleted

The learner account, profile information and personal data associated with the account will be deleted after verification and processing.

Limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, payment records or regulatory obligations. Retained records will remain protected and will be kept only for the required period.Viswanath Educational Services
